Towards sustainable construction in Africa

The proceedings of the ISEE Africa Conference are now available online, documenting the future-oriented discussions about new ways in engineer training.

The aim of the ISEE Africa conference (Nairobi, 30 January to 1 February 2019) was to determine how the education of engineers, architects, and materials scientists must be designed in order to meet the global and climatic challenges of the future. The results are now available as post-conference proceedings and can be downloaded via http://isee-africa.com/downloads.

The ISEE conference was jointly organized by the German BAM (Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing, Berlin), the University of Lagos, the Université de Dschang, the African Engineering Education Association and the University of Nairobi; the event was financed by the Volkswagen Foundation.
